On my device, the modem shows 3 signal bars. When I run a speed test, it will run from 0.95 to 7.00 download speed. 7.00 is very rare. I am constantly being kicked off my zoom calls (video turned off) numerous times of the day. Also, my Outlook will freeze and move very slowly.

We always suggest keeping the router near a window and up off the floor for the best service connection.
